Domela Grenda

Theatre educator, animator, president of the Theatre 3.5 Foundation and co-founder of the BO-TAK Culture Factory in Dzierzgoń. Co-director of Theatre 3.5. As an actress of this theatre, she plays in productions: Inżynieria Marzeń, Tato-Patrz!, Sztetl-Welt, We dwoje, Śnienia, Can’t escape, Ziemia jest płaska. Dzbanie!. Coordinator of projects: Wakacje Jagiełły, Niezły Cyrk!, Dzierzgoń Hałasuje, Na piknik ze starym kinem, Sztuka w terenie – implemented as part of the Polish-American Freedom Foundation’s Act Locally programme. As a theatre instructor and instructor of African drum workshops, she works with children and young people in: the Club of the 22nd Tactical Air Base in Malbork and in Dzierzgoń Cultural Centre. Director of performances: Wyjście ewakuacyjne, Kompleksiary, SPAM, Kołowrotek, Hodowla masowa and the monodrama Wywiad inspired by interviews with displaced persons of the Operation Vistula. During her cooperation with the theatre Teď, nádech a leť she played in the performance A ludzie żyją, Abdul. Author of the play Pion(ier)ki (2021). Collaborates with the Węgajty Theatre. She took part in carolling and Alleluias expeditions. She acted in productions: Vigilance (2017) and Iwona poślubiona 2 (2019). At the invitation of the Węgajty Theatre, she co-led a theatre camp for children and young people in Szałstry (2018) with Marek Kurkiewicz. She performed as a guest artist with Theatre 3.5 during the Theatre Village festivals (2016, 2019, 2022).
