Ewa Kurzawa

Cultural expert, art therapist, sociotherapist, drama trainer, yin yoga teacher. She works with the Ta Szansa association in the Targówek district in Warsaw, where she conducts art therapy workshops and classes for children, classroom workshops to support emotional and social skills in the spirit of Non-Violent Communication and yin yoga classes. As part of her cooperation with the Foundation for Freedom, she works with children with migration experience at the day-care centre for refugees in Dębak near Warsaw and conducts intercultural workshops for primary school students. She came to Węgajty in 2016 thanks to her studies at the Institute of Polish Culture at the University of Warsaw. An adept of the Other Theatre School, she participated in many IST workshops and expeditions as well as in the Theatre Village festivals. She co-created the performance Vigilance. Author of one of the scenes in the performance Hiatus.
