Creator and director of the Krzyk Theatre, theatre pedagogue, educator. Co-founder of the West Pomeranian Theatre Offensive, graduate of the University of Szczecin, Gardzienice Centre for Theatre Practices and Postgraduate Studies in Children and Youth Theatre Directing at the Academy of Theatre Arts in Wrocław. He works with theatre practitioners, teachers, young people, students, pupils of educational institutions, prisoners, people with disabilities and seniors. He has conducted theatre workshops in: Germany, Slovenia, Slovakia, Albania, Greece, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Russia, Sweden, Azerbaijan, Czech Republic, Georgia and Iran. He is a co-author of original programmes supporting activities for small local communities. He has co-organised several theatre festivals in Maszewo, with the participation of recognised theatres, theatre practitioners and theoreticians of different generations. He has been a frequent guest with performances by the Krzyk Theatre at the international Theatre Village festival, where he also conducted workshops.
