Mariusz Gniadek

Theatrologist and anthropologist of culture, graduate of the Faculty of Theatre Knowledge at the Theatre Academy in Warsaw. He published in "Teatr", "Dialog", "Borussia" and in the magazine "Voyage". He has conducted research on theatrical elements of funeral rituals in Belarus, Mexico and Guatemala. Co-creator of the documentary film Śladami Vincenza directed by Waldemar Czachowski. He was connected with the Węgajty Theatre in 1996-2000 – initially as an organiser of Christmas Carolling and Easter Carolling expeditions to Belarus (Brasławski region), then as an actor (the role of Arcyta in The Canterbury Tales) and a participant of carolling and Shrovetide expeditions to Suwałki, Low Beskids and Warmia. Speaker at the Theatre Convivia and author of the photographic exhibition Dziady meksykańskie organised at the Węgajty Theatre. Professionally involved in ecommerce and social media.
