He works at the Jerzy Grotowski Institute in Wrocław (since 2005), since 2013 as a Deputy Director for Programme Affairs. Co-curator of the second edition of the Alternative Theatre Academy, editor of more than 30 books published by the Jerzy Grotowski Institute. She collaborates with Icarus Publishing Enterprise, is a member of the editorial board of the scientific journal "Performer" and a member of the editorial board of the journal "Teatro e Storia". From 2001 to 2005 she collaborated with the Wegajty Theatre/field project. As an adept of the Other Theatre School she took part in many expeditions. She collaborated in the first editions of the Theatre Village festival. As an actress she performed in The Ghostly Shroud (2001), Sonland (2004) and successive performances of Missa Pagana. Author of the thesis Więcej niż teatr. Teatr Wiejski Węgajty jako fenomen kulturowy i artystyczny, written under the supervision of Prof. dr hab. Dobrochna Ratajczakowa (Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Faculty of Polish and Classical Philology, Poznań 2003) and quoted in many scientific studies.
