Documentary filmmaker, member of the Polish Filmmakers Association, creator of more than 30 films for Polish Television. The most important of them include: Bronisław Piłsudski – zesłaniec, etnograf, bohater, Śladami Vincenza and Moltke – polsko-niemiecki most. Co-organiser of film festivals, founder of one of the first documentary film portals on the Internet (2001). Co-founder and President of Fundacja na Rzecz Niematerialnego Dziedzictwa Kultury w Polsce (1999). In 2010-2012, he worked at the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Tokyo. At the Institute of Culture in Japan, he initiated a film channel and produced more than twenty short films-reportages. He lectured at the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology in Warsaw. He was closely associated with Warmia for many years. A friend of Andrzej Suryn and publisher of his books and audio books in the founded Oficyna Przyjaciół. Since the 1980s, he has collaborated with the Węgajty Theatre. He recorded theatrical performances and expeditions (including: in Hutsul, Nowica, Lemkivshchyna, Dziadówek in the Suwałki Region and Stabieńszczyzna). Author of films about the Węgajty Theatre: Węgajty – bliższa ojczyzna (dla TVP-2) and Węgajty/ Never ending journey. Participant of many activities of the Węgajty Theatre, including the Theatre Village festivals.
