Educator, theatre educator, cultural animator, fine artist, FamilyLab trainer, member of the Association of Theatre Educators. Graduate of Art Education and Early Childhood Pedagogy at the University of Warsaw and the University of Folk Arts. She studied Cultural Animation at the Institute of Polish Culture. She creates a ceramic studio in Warsaw and a children’s atelier. She runs creative work laboratories, animation, pedagogical and theatrical projects, workshops, projects dedicated to communities, development and experience exchange meetings for educators. She likes to treat local stories and relations as a material for performative and artistic work. She has been involved with the Węgajty Theatre since 2012. She has participated in the workshops and performances of The Other Theatre School: Air, E(x)missions, Polyphony. Since 2013 she has been involved in creative work with children and residents of the Węgajty village, organising workshops as part of the Theatre Village festival. She co-managed Summer in the Theatre, creating theatre meetings for children from Warmian villages, ending with shows. As a member of Performeria Warszawy collective, she took part in summer residencies in Węgajty, during which she worked with the village community (e.g. Plac zabaw dzieci i dorosłych, Automat z marzeniami, Ballady emigranckie), the finals of which took place during the Theatre Village festivals. She has led the Social Ceramics Laboratory project, which is set to culminate in a mosaic map of the village created in collaboration with its residents. photo by Mikołaj Starzyński.
